This McDonald's is ok I just dislike the fact they're categorized as fast food when I have never received my food in a fast manner and they never follow directions. I have asked for fresh fries and nuggets and received cold food items. I have requested no salt on fries and received salty fries.
Its 4:28 AM, and I normally go to this location regularly at this time since i work at 4:30 in the morning. I arrive at the restaurant at 4:18 with a mobile order. They rudely tell me to wait. Mind you, they had me wait FIVE MINUTES with absolutely no communication whatsoever. As someone who works in the food industry, I get it. But they were extremely rude to me and wasted my time.
Extremely clean. But I still find it hard to believe that in all the years that McDonald's has had the kiosks, they still can't manage to make them user friendly. I'm in IT as a profession, spent nearly 10 years in UX design and this is the worst that I have ever seen.
