Drive thru was a long wait I ordered a smoothie. Was told to go wait in drive thru number 1. Of course I was forgotten. Went in waited in line. Even the Manager was getting orders wrong. He said the reason was we are short handed. I asked the person who told me to wait in number 1. That I was waiting for a smoothie showed her where I paid for it. After waiting 15 minutes for it to be brought to me. I finally got it and was okay. Not worth wait. Sorry ????

Workers don't want to work and take orders past 11pm. Rude mouths and attitudes at the drive thru. Will let you just sit at the drive thru until you pull off after waiting 30 minutes, YES 30 minutes, from lack of service or at least an acknowledgement. This is in a BLACK neighborhood and it feeds into the stereotype that BLACK people are LAZY and don't want to work!!!! This is the second night in a row this has happened. Last night they said they were only taking doordash orders. YALL SHOULD HIRE WORKERS WHO WANT TO WORK IN ORDER TO ERAN THEIR PAYCHECKS THE HONEST WAY. And It was probably a sorry excuse of a manager at the window, refusing to take orders.

McDonald's spent millions of dollars to force me to hand key in my own order and it let me order milkshakes when the machine is "broken". First time in months I didn't go to Chick-fil-a...guess I won't make that mistake again.
