I wish I can leave two separate reviews one for the morning shirt and the rest of the crew after 2PM because the morning crew at this location is fantastic, especially the lady in the morning that takes my order and takes my payment , I rarely have issues. Now for the crew after 2PM and later always issues , missing items , long waits , just last week I had to go in and reorder my my mobile order because I think the order was given to someone else but the manager did correct it. I can over look missed items but one thing I can’t stand for is violating safety and health (especially what’s going on in todays world). I just got back and I pull up to the window and the guy at the window was just about to make my drink and he gets the new cup to place it in the drink machine and he is holding it with his pointer finger inside the cup and his thumb on the outside. I was just like I guess forget my drink, I didn’t even bother asking for a remake I already know what to expect from the crew at

Ordered & paid for breakfast on the app @ 10:40 am when we arrived @10:55 they had cancelled our order. We drove out of our way to this location. People in front of us got their breakfast? Went to Jack in the Box and received wonderful service and breakfast!!!

I appreciate how efficient they are during breakfast hours. Especially when you’re on the go and want a quick bite to eat. I always get a breakfast meal with an iced coffee ???????? I also use the McDonald’s app for points because you get free items
