McDonald's

I don't know why we keep going here( though it's not very often maybe a couple times a year) the service is always bad and our order is always messed up. They talk so fast at the drive thru you can't understand what they are saying. Sorry I can't help but feel because of my race the attitude is there when you question the orders outcome but then again maybe it's just everyone.

Worst McDonald's... Ordered in the lobby, 5 customers were served after my order and at least 18 drive through vehicles before I received my order. Order was not complete and when I arrived home my cheeseburgers had no cheese and my nuggets were not included. Took 30 minutes to fail... at least if it was fast I might understand a little more, but this one was slowwwwwwww

Poor customer service. The workers in both drive-thru windows had attitudes. Couldn't give me a receipt. I order sweet and sour sauce with kids meal and double fries... Only for us not to get double fries.. they didn't put the sauce in the bag I asked for it the girl got an attitude and said we ain't got none, so I ask well can I get bbq sauce and suggested that they should have said they didn't have any instead of not giving anything. Our four burgers were extremely salty... I will just take the extra few minutes and drive to the one on Northfield... It's always something at this location, From cold fries to not getting the order right!
