Extremely rude cashier! My family and I wanted something quick; therefore, we decided to stop by, but the cashier was rude when she saw us. We were the only customers, and I felt the pressure from her to hurry up, which made my experience very uncomfortable. It's already hard enough dealing with all the rude employees at the airport. We at least expected some decent customer service from Mc. Donalds.
I work at BWI Airport and the McDonald's on the A Concourse food court has very poor service. Supposed to be open 24 hours a day but they closes at 10:00 p.m. while they still have people working on the clock. Opens back up at 1:00 a.m. then closes at 2:00 a.m. There's still people working on the clock. They only serves fried foods and they are very rude during that time. This is the over night crew. When passengers come in on a late flight they have to deal with this mess. The worker be on their phones and gets mad when someone tries to oder something.
About the worst McDonald's ever. Staff is useless. Took almost half hour to get a cup of coffee!!! And when the coffee arrived it came with a surprise at the bottom of the cup, a half inch of coffee grounds. Brain dead.
