McDonald's

I came to McDonalds on 9/10/23 at 4:15AM and it says 24 hours but no one answered the drive thru. I drove to the window and still no one was there. I saw the employee when I was driving around to leave, she stared at my car. Lol… it seems that she just did not want to work. She’s ignoring cars in the drive thru.

The restaurant itself was clean and nice but the bathroom was really dirty. And as I walked in the restroom an employee walked out of the stall and just walked out without washing her hands! I wanted to say something but was in a hurry to use the restroom. I did look for her after I got out but did not see her. I just walked out since I was in a rush to get home in VA. She was dark skin with braids and had long fake lashes with lot of eye makeup. That was not cool!

The attitude of the staff needs major readjusting in quite a few locations. The fries in some locations are a turn-off for me. They are white, sweaty, and wiggle looking, and most times, half done. They used to be a lot better in every department, a few years ago. Buckle up MacD. You can do better!
