Awful!!! They can’t EVER put in your order right. They didn’t do a combo as all were combos and I insisted to ask for my drink and fries and I said I would pay for it and manager called police on me. I was not rude screaming or cursing. A white mom of 4 kids.
DT was a nightmare. Ordered on App - but sat in DT so long they'd stopped serving breakfast. So my order was without the food. Mgr. was polite & tried to correct the issue. But then I drove away to find out that even my coffee order was incorrect. How do you screw up a coffee order?
Who pays $12.45 for a kids meal...NO ONE! But that is all they tried to give me in the drive thru. I told the worker I also had a Big Mac MEAL. She returns with a BIG MAC...then I have to ask about the fries & she had the nerve to give me attitude!! WTH...I paid for TWO meals, your screens & the receipt should have been enough. It is RIDICULOUS to have beg & plead for my food!!! Let's not forget all the fries were NASTY & COLD!!! & what's up with this EXTRA SMALL container of fries in the kids meal. The paper container held more than this!!!
