First off, I want to state that the young lady who assisted me was very nice. I upgraded a Cheesy Jalapeno Bacon Quarter Pounder with cheese meal to a large and was upcharged $2.30. I thought that was excessive and downgraded to a medium and was refunded the difference. I had a lemonade, which isn't listed on the menu, but as I saw later was a $1.10 upcharge for a large. I asked a gentleman with dreds for a refill, and he stated that he doesn't think they do refills on Lemonade, but he will check. He never came back. I asked the young lady who originally assisted me and she said yes, but then I could hear someone talking to her behind the counter. I forgot to mention that the refill machines are covered up, and that you had to ask the employees for one. She came back and stated that she could not, and I asked to speak with the manager. The manager stated that Lemonade is a premium drink, and that they do not refill Frappe's, etc. I asked "How is a customer supposed to know this if it i

I never got my order. Employee took my order again. I never got order after waiting 15 more minutes. I never saw any managers. I have worked nearby for years. I have never seen such poor managers. Old managers would give me my order if employees did not do it. Kid-friendliness: Very

Our usual go-to location whereby we ordered 2 McRibs. After waiting 15 minutes (clocking from time on our receipt), my spouse went up to the counter to check. After his inquiry, the employee shoved our order at him in a bag and her comment was rude. The sandwich was not as expected, and despite the fact that so many folks do not like the McRib, it didn’t meet our usual standards. That is a shame, and hopefully if this is indeed the “farewell tour” for McRib, it will go out under the table instead of over the counter. RIP
