They used to be pretty good but now they have a habit of messing up a lot, like giving the wrong drinks or forgetting part of the order and can be rude about it. When you ask for unsweet tea they are constantly giving sweet tea even with the receipt saying otherwise.
The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Completely rude and unprofessional. I literally didn’t even get to order I just drove off. They’re clearly not trained properly and I more than likely won’t be going back
Manger Judith Elizalde has a very bad service messed up my order did not give us napkins nor spoons or straws. She has an attitude. I went thru drive thru and had to come down to go inside the restaurant
