They forgot one of our hash browns and the sauces for the breakfast burritos. When I went up to tell them about the missing items, they just ignored me. Not happy with this location.

Terrible order accuracy and poor customer service. I work in fastfood, I would be fired if I acted like the majority of employees here. Out of the 8+ times I've used the drive thru my order has been accurate twice. Getting what you paid for here is the exception, not the rule. Some of their younger workers provide typical customer service but not the majority. They are difficult to communicate with, especially an older gentleman who works mostly on handoff, and react to requests like a personal inconvenience. EDIT: The food quality is often poor as well, today my hamburger patty was dangerously undercooked. Parking: Spots are blocked by drive-thru line.
