The 2nd shift manager is the rudest person I've encountered in long time. I've been going to this store for 8 years almost every day getting frappes. I had to bring one back the other day because it's tasted like mint/menthol & she was so mad . Refused to remake it & argued with me I had to basically force her to give me another frappe then she says you will not get another frappe if this one doesn't taste right! Now she laughs at me & gives me dirty looks everyday! She gets absolutely furious when she makes my frappes too. She thinks she's special because she's a manager but I'm not impressed ????. Everyone else is absolutely wonderful & they all know me . She is a very mean & bitter & arrogant person.

I love the new Steak eggs and cheese bagels! They taste like real steak! I stop and get coffee two or three times a week.I have actually made it through the drive thru in 3 minutes when ordering coffee????

The workers there were great and fast. However, my burger was not great. It was cold and there was hardly anything on it, I also paid for extra lettuce and tomato and there wasn't that much at all. There also wasn't hardly any onions which I love. On top of that my daughter's chicken nuggets were cold also. This is not a usual problem for this location and the workers have always been wonderful and quick.
