It is hit and miss for the service. Just depends on who is working I guess. Can be ghetto or trashy or pleasant. Flip a coin to get your service with a smile or a why do I live?! Also, the coupons never work and the staff doesn't care. So great place!
Absolutely horrid late night service! I stopped about 11:30 pm on my way through from Cleveland thinking I would quickly get through the drive thru and be on my way in a couple mins...........35 mins later i finally got my food and could leave while constantly getting begged for handouts from a spazzed out vagrant working the drive thru line the whole time. Never again!
The cashier was on her phone while I was trying to get her attention. Waited for 5 minutes, and she finally took my order. I ordered a fish meal and it took them 15 minutes just to give me cold fries, the fish sandwich was old and also cold and when I asked for a manager no was there. … More
