McDonald's

I had an order on 10/23/2022 I placed an order. I’m not sure who the manager on duty was but HE IS AWESOME! I didn’t get his name but I wanted to say I appreciate him for going above and beyond for me. I ordered through the drive through and they got my order a little messed up so it was changed correctly at the window BUT whomever made it did not make it right and had it looking crazy. I went back because cmon.. who’s gonna eat something that looks like it’s been smushed ???? but that being said I went back and he didn’t even let me finish. He remade it perfectly with no issues at all.! I even received an apple pie( I don’t eat apple pie) lol but it was the thought that counts! I’ve been an assistant manager at a Marcos pizza for 4 years and I appreciate when other people in my position are understanding with customers! He was great! THANK YOU !

Had to be one of the worst experiences of my life that I paid for. This store should be closed until the owner can flush the current staff out of his business. Love McDonald's and love taking My great grand son there but even he at 9 years old doesn't want to go back ever again. Terrible.

The french fries I received were not fully cooked and lacked the usual crispness. They appeared pale and tasted raw. Consistency in food preparation is crucial for maintaining customer satisfaction.
