All 4s - food, service and atmosphere. M &S has great, fine food but I don't think I've had their best yet. I always order their stuffed salmon, and I've always liked it. I think they need to put a little more on their seafood selection and maybe more varieties. This way there is a chance for them to reach an outstanding level and get the awesome 5 stars.
This building with all the stained glass and wood looks beautiful. The staff were all super friendly. The water was really good. The food though was not so great. I had the clam chowder and it was very fishy tasting, the salad was sorta mushy, I like crisp vegetables. The fish and chips were ok, and the fries were almost cold. I probably won’t come back, but glad we came. (If that makes sense)
The food was delightful and because we chose to sit in the bar there was no wait. The server was attentive and friendly. Overall an amazing celebration
