McAlister's Deli

The customer service is terrible. I ordered a sandwich and asked for romaine lettuce instead of spring mix because I'm allergic to spinach. The cashier seemed to note that in the computer and she was very nice about it all. I got the sandwich and it had spinach in it. I took it back and I asked them for another sandwich with romaine instead of spring mix because I was allergic to spinach. The two cooks didn't really know any difference in the two. Another lady comes in the kitchen and asked what was wrong and they explained the situation to her. She told me I will remake it this one time but our romaine will look a little different because we have to prepare it and that wasn't spring mix on my sandwich. I told her I wasn't trying to argue but I saw a piece of spinach in it and you could tell she was annoyed. I got the sandwich and they cut the romaine into salad pieces and it just fell off when I was eating the sandwich. I am definitely not coming back to this location. The location on

Usually love getting food from McAlisters, but this location is always amis with getting orders filled correctly. My salad was missing it's dressing and other than adding gorgonzola cheese to the order, nothing else was changed. The lettuce/spring mix definitely wasn't fresh, actually it was nearly the opposite tbh. My McAlisters club sandwich was good as usual, but could use some more of the mustard dressing on it. It's almost like they're rationing dressings on orders.
