McAlister's Deli

I love the sandwiches at McAllister’s Deli! Each and every time I come here the meat seems fresh and the bread is even fresher! The staff just makes my day with their upbeat personality. And I have to say the prices are pretty good in comparison to other restaurants in the area. The location is always clean and very easy to get in and out of.

Placed an online order yesterday utilizing the app for the first time. The app promotion stated that along with the order if you get two drinks you get the third one for free. I placed my order drove over to pick it up. Walked in and told the young lady at the register I'm here to pick up an order that my wife placed she pointed at it on the shelf and said "there it is" without offering any assistance. Everything was there except for the third drink offdered on the App promotion. when I asked the young lady at the counter where the third drink was she said quite bluntly "you only ordered two drinks" and proceeded to point it out to me on the receipt. I explained to her the particulars laid out in the promotion associated with the app. She showed no interest in hearing what I had to say so I told her just give me my third drink and I'll be happy to pay for it. She grudgingly made my third drink and handed it to me without so mucj as a smile or any customer service skills rang me up

Was having trouble making choices for my pick two, Kat was a great help with deciding! Very friendly and welcoming, came to my table to get me a refill. Will definitely be back to this location.
