Avoid this place at all costs. Went on a Friday afternoon and waited 40 minutes without even receiving the order I paid for. Within 10 minutes of placing my order, half the people waiting began asking for refunds. After 40 minutes, and half the people in the lobby complaining, asking for refunds and also not receiving their order, I followed suit. This place is a complete dumpster fire and I highly doubt I'll even get my refund back on my card. One of the worst experiences at any form of business I've ever been to in my entire life. I'm talking food service, retail and literally anywhere. Manager is rude and doesn't even offer ab apology for the s show she's running there, just wow. Tall long haired guy , guy with a beard and blonde lady all friendly and apologetic. Manager is rude and should be replaced Should be embarrassed that that's the face of your staff. This place won't last, and that's a guarantee, so there's really no point of taking it any further than this. Do y

Don’t order for pickup… it won’t be ready at the time promised. Seems they’re short staffed no one’s even at the register. Saw a customer go behind the counter to refill his beverage because he was waiting so long. Ridiculous. Pay people their worth and you might be able to hire more staff.

They were super rude when I called on the phone. The lady on October first around 2-4 pm has no customer service skills and has a horrible tone. I ordered to the wrong place and asked if I can cancel the order and she said yes and then hung up. How am I supposed to know if I can get a refund, do I have to go in? She left so many things on answered and was very not courteous.
