1st time at this location. Food was great. Debbie was like in a Bad ???? Mood or something. When I told her that I was a first time customer. She said oh. Well I was trying to figure out what to order. After our order was placed. She did A horrible job taking the order. There was 3 major factors in our order. The young lady who took care of us at the table. Outstanding Customer Service Skills. Wow very impressive. Thank you again for those great skills.
We love to stop here and get sandwiches for our picnics! Staff and service are super friendly, always fast, and orders are always accurate. The Reuben is AMAZING and my son loves their toasties! We always look forward to eating here.
The people working at McAllisters are so rude now! They got our order wrong twice! We had to fight for salad dressing for salads we ordered and the serving size for the soup we ordered is tiny after they first got it wrong and gave us Mac n cheese instead. They rolled their eyes like immature delinquents when WE kindly said WE were sorry for the trouble and never received any kind of apology back for them wasting our time and money. Horribly mismanaged place now!!
