The food here has never lacked. We've been 3 times and have enjoyed all the different things we've tried! The staff is friendly and quick. They do deliver the food to your table so don't be too appalled when the payment screen asks for a tip. They also clean up after you as well!
The food is always great (best potato salad around) and the staff is friendly and super helpful. Had a order issue to due an error with a delivery service and they made it right with a meal. Highly recommend!
Love the location in lake in the hills but the crystal lake location is lacking. The drink cups are so flimsy that when you go to pick them up they crush so much that the drink will come out the top. Ordered a king club and didn’t get a to-go box like the rest of the order and it was just a sandwich, missing middle bread to make it a CLUB. Disappointed but hopefully this location will figure it out.
