This is the worst ran McAlister’s I’ve ever been too. I waited in line to order for 20 minutes during lunch rush hour (when most people have an hour long lunch break might I add). During this time, I watched people with to go orders placed online or on the app have to wait just as long while 3 employees (and one I’m assuming to be the manager) ran around behind the counter as if they were clueless and totally lost. A fourth employee was the only one running a register taking orders, but she spent more time on the phone than dealing with the customers in front of her. While I was at the counter waiting on her to get off the phone (for an awkward amount of time), another gentleman walked up to the counter to check on his food because he had been waiting over 45 minutes. It was at that point, I turned around and walked out having never even ordered after 25 minutes. I drove up the road to Panera instead where I was greeted, ordered, and had my food all in less than 10 minutes. This locati
The food was good. They messed up my wife's ordered, then when she asked them to fix it, the response was "Not my problem. I didn't take the order." Then a four-some was eating several tables away. One of the guys was giving the others a "talking to" about their work. His voiced carried well. Had to move to other side of the store...still could hear him.
We have loved this location for 7 years when we first moved here. Over the last six months there has been a significant decrease in the quality of not only the food, but also by the staff that works there. Tonight was no different: the environment when i walked in to get our to go order was tangible uncomfortable, the staff was yelling at each other behind the desk, it was very short staffed, and then when i got home realized that the three kids meals i had ordered did not have the cookies or applesauce they were supposed to have, the garden salad i ordered was supposed to have honey mustard (not ranch which was packed), and then the taco salad we ordered had no chips with it and was served with the avocados pictured below. I’m sad. My kids love mcalisters and so did we, but this has been increasingly getting worse, and truthfully i don’t think we will be back.
