The service at Mayfield is the spectacular. I called ahead to make sure there were some vegan options on their prefixed Friday night meal. There were and we couldn’t wait to try them. I will say we were a little disappointed when we got there to realize there was simply one choice for each vegan meal. So there weren’t really options to choose from. But they did have a single choice for us in each category. The cauliflower steak and the bread appetizers were my favorite. I look forward to coming back, I just wish they had a few more vegan options.

I was in the LA area on a business trip and decided to make a quick visit to San Juan Capistrano and after visiting the Mission ended up in this place for lunch. Wonderful experience! Food was well prepared, well presented and prices are reasonable compared to other places in this area. I ordered the Cauliflower Shawarma and the Grain Bowl (pictures attached). The white balls on the Grain Bowl are poached eggs, so perfectly done that they almost like sour cream! Even my lemonade was well crafted and nicely presented. Among all places I ate in this trip, this was my favorite. Vegetarian options: The menu has plenty of vegetarian options in this place.
