Seafood and snails are plain taste, no much flavor. They are also not fresh and feel like be kept in frozen for an once upon a time. There are still many sands in razor claim and no flavor at all. The food here lacks care and effort and the owner seem like doesn't care. She just sit there and swipe her phone or posting what she "pretends" she can do on social media and make her look good on her "Face-book". Her photos of those foods on social media maybe filtered tone of filters before posting. And properly she didn't pay good for her employees (maybe even under minimum wage) so they never smile or happy when customers come in. I don't blame them but feel bad for them. Don't know how much she paid for yelp or google to keep all those good reviews on top and how many reviews out there are fake but BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU DECIDE TO EAT HERE GUYS.

Prices are equivalent to other vietnamese restaurants in the area. Environment is hole in the wall. I ordered the saigon special pho. The beef was awesome and the broth was tasty. The portions are reasonable so come hungry!

Definitely inspired by the French as there is escargot on the menu as well as other French items. I got the Beef stew with rice noodle as well as the Vietnamese coffee. Both delicious will definitely go back to try other items on the menu.
