Mattson's Steak House

When we paid for the salad and hot bar we assumed we would get some meat! 14.95 for salad and some dessert. Also there was a human hair in my pudding. Unbelievable and never again!

It's changed very much since I've been there last. Meat quality was ok. My nephew ordered the kids steak and it wasn't really good. He's a meat eater and didn't finish it! Came for nostalgic reasons, my family worked and ate here 20+ years ago. Absolutely disgusting now! Sent the first steak back because it was pretty much raw. Second one was not much better. The salad bar was empty, the bar was closed, the bottle of steak sauce on the table looks like it’s been here since 1997. Meanwhile all the teenaged employees sat around at a table drinking soda and hanging out. Well, I think they’re employees but there are no staff members wearing uniforms so who knows. Honestly the only tasty thing I ate was the baked potato and garlic bread. I wouldn’t feed this food to a homeless person. Hopefully I can make it home without having explosive diarrhea. Never again….
