Matteo's Mexican Food

We went at 7:30 pm they were about to close. I ordered a chicken burrito. They missed the tomatoes, lettuce and sauce!! I had to ask for them. They told me that they didn't have any more sauce!! My daughter ordered a ham sandwich that comes with beans and rice, and they said they didn't have any more beans!!! Sad experience really. It was my second time there and I think the last one.

Service was great, but the food was lacking for me. I got the asada fries and there was just no flavor. The very little amount of meat that they gave was the only flavorful part of the meal. The Ocean Water Agua was pretty good though.

This places so much variety of food and drinks that the options are endless. Everything from the chicken flautas to the brisket served on Fridays/Saturdays, you can never go wrong with any of their dishes. I recommend getting your burrito smothered in the green chile sauce. Try the carne asada fries or enchiladas. Oh…and the agua frescas are some of the best. The seasonal options are always something to look forward to.
