Mason Jar Tap & Grill

Consistently one of my favorite places! I have been going here for a couple of years, and even through the COVID struggles they persevered. So many things on the menu that are absolutely amazing from the Nashville hot chicken sandwich, the chicken tenders (with the most amazing fries ever. like seriously, my favorite fries in the area), the burgers, and the bourbon cake that if you haven't tried, you're missing out big time. And if you want good service, Holly and Payton are your girls!

So my girlfriend and I the other night had no kids and we wanted to go get some dinner just The two of us. I've always heard that the Mason jar has excellent food and hospitality by all means yes it does. The three pictures you see is all by myself because I was super hungry and everything just sounded delicious. Always a big fan of seared ahi tuna, I always like a medley of hippie vegetable flatbread, and I always have to try a bacheta board of some sorts. Thank you so much for awesome meal

This was a very mediocre experience and not good customer service. When we got our menus, they were sopping wet as if someone had just pulled them out of a sink full of water which was kind of gross to us. They were literally dripping water. When I mentioned it to the waitress, her response was we wash them and sanitize them between each customer, dismissing my request to get new menus, in a very condescending manner. While I completely understand washing them, the question I guess I should’ve asked her was; so you skipped the last step which is drying them? If everything else was great I wouldn’t have even mentioned this, but the food was not good, when we ordered the Aji tuna appetizer I was hoping she would ask how we wanted it prepared and she did not and I forgot to specify so it was completely raw, which I would’ve preferred medium rare. The food was average and the menu selection was extremely limited and that’s very disappointing. I ordered a 7/7 and it was super watered down
