Terrible food !! Tastes like frozen pizza!!! This place is a scam. They purchase frozen pizzas and add the toppings on before heating it up. Stay away.

Smooth door dash delivery ordering experience. Got the 20 inch Windy City pizza, a calzone and a cheesy beef. Prices were reasonable and everything tasted good. Not sure how I feel about giardinera on a pizza but that's on me.

Masi's has the worst customer service I've experienced at any business in the area, and I will never go back. My colleague and I called ahead our lunch order for pickup, and we were told by an employee that our order would be ready in ten minutes. We ordered at 11:50 for pickup around noon. Seems totally reasonable. When we arrived shortly after noon, expecting our order to be ready so that we could make it back to work on time to actually enjoy our meal, the cooks were joking in the kitchen, and my colleague and I learned THAT THEY HADN'T EVEN STARTED OUR ORDER. We had to wait 15 minutes in the entryway for our order that should have been ready when we arrived! That left us only 10 minutes to drive back to our work, which is 12 minutes from Masi's. We didn't have the time to eat because of their unprofessional and terrible service! So we had to save it for later. When we were able to actually eat our pizza (about 2 hours later), we discovered that they messed up our order as well! The
