Martin's Restaurant - Mableton Location

Unfortunately, my sausage biscuit was subpar. The biscuit was as hard as a brick, the sausage was old and hard around the edges. It was borderline inedible. My hash brown was soft, soggy and saturated with grease. The best part of my order was the orange juice. This subpar meal was $9. If I had been served this via dine in I would have requested a refund or an exchange for something edible. The two stars are based on my historical knowledge of Martin's and my belief that they can do better. Wheelchair accessibility: I observed more than one handicapped parking space and a curb cut for access to the building.

Cleanliness and organization was terrible. Employees using same pair of gloves to clean counter and prep food. And other employee not using gloves to cook bacon or sausages. I walked out. Not the best location. Martins has good food just don't recommend this location.

I've been living over here for 5 yrs. Finally checked this place out. 1st visit was great. Food was awesome and I loved the shake. 2nd visit, shake machine not working, food ok. 3rd visit, I received undercooked fries, thrown together burger and STILL no shake machine. The drive thru was ridiculously long. I think I'm done coming here. And the drive thru person never greeted me. Its expensive to eat out now. So it's become a luxury. I at least expect decent food and decent customer service. Fries are in the trash. What a waste!
