Can someone explain to me why they keep it so F’ing cold?? I watched 3 customers complain and the bartender who couldn’t be bothered laughed it off and said he couldn’t do anything about it. You’re in Roswell and you’re not THAT busy!! Get off your attitudes. Horrible all the way around!!
Asked for a burger without bacon jam, burger came out with bacon jam. Was told there were no more burgers at a place known for its burgers, had to settle for a pretty bad chicken sandwich and was still upcharged for it. Dont plan on coming back again and will definitely reccomend against this place in the future.
Second time recently we have ordered the Royale with cheese medium well. First time I took it home without checking it and it was RARE. called and they remade it and I had to drive back to pick it up. Today, checked it before I left. Same problem, burger not cooked. Asked the bartender to have them cook it more. He brings it back and still not medium well. Very pink ground beef. Then he argues with me about medium well. Done with this place. Just cook it correctly the first time!
