This is the best buffet style restaurant in the Loop. In addition to a wide variety of ready-to-go dishes to choose from (e.g., beef, chicken, pork, turkey steamed vegetables, salads and lots of other vegetarian dishes), they also have a sushi chef, and made-to-order stir-fry and udon noodles. Clean. Lots of seating, but not ideal for large groups.

For a lunch buffet style restaurant, Market Creations provides a variety of options for everyone. They are a convenient option for those working in the Sears Tower. One thing that is raved about, but I did not get to try, was the sushi bar. They also provide a buffet with Asian foods and a good salad/fruit bar. In my opinion, the Asian food seemed rather salty to me and more reflective of what you would find in a typical Chinese restaurant in the outskirts of the city or suburbs. It's still good, but don't expect Chinatown restaurant quality food. The salad and fruit bar are fresh and allow you to pick and choose options to make a salad. Value for the food is good.
