Margaux's Wine, Pizza & Market

Margaux's Wine, Pizza & Market in Pineville, NC is a great place to get a bite to eat and not break your pockets. Tried the meatball sandwich with chips (takeout) and it was flavorful and a good portion size. They also have a lot of wine to choose from. The decor is pretty cool too. Nice relaxing atmosphere for lunch or dinner. They also have TV so you can see the game. The service is fast and friendly as well. Definitely a place to go back to again and again to try other items. There is some street parking but there is also a lot in the back of the building.

I was not aware this fine restaurant existed until I saw a glowing review on a friends Facebook page and knew I had to try it. I had the Sicilian Pizza without olives and it was amazing. This will certainly be one of my go to’s for lunch. The wine selection was amazing and can not wait to go back for dinner soon to enjoy a glass. Kevin the owner was super friendly and Roxanne provided excellent service. If you enjoy a great pizza or sandwich I highly recommend you give this place a try.

We’ve had multiple great experiences at Margaux’s over the last year. Lunch is quick and easy but the best option has to be the wine flight with dinner. We sat outside on a hot night and ordered the French and Italian flight to start. We paired the seasonal salad, mushroom pizza, meatballs and caprese sandwich. The food is high quality to match the wines. Service was attentive even while we were outside and we can’t wait to be back.
