My first time in the place...a nice atmosphere, I stood at the bar instead of sitting... lots of nice folks hanging out...I had tacos and they was on point...the rice was perfect and so were the refried beans...I had a strawberry margarita, a "fufu" drink, as my friend put it, but it was really, really good...had a Tank 7 with my meal...I will go back...
Great and very tasty Mexican food. Liked the way the restaurant was situated and laid out. The staff was on time with refills, the orders, the check, directions, and recommendations. Our waiter was obviously experienced and deserved the tip. It was a spectacular place to share a meal and visit with my family.
Margarita's has become one of my favorite Mexican restaurants in Kansas City. The service has always been fast and friendly, the included chips and salsa are great, and the house margarita is exactly what you'd expect. My favorite dishes are the potato tacos (soft or original) and the Margarita Dip Burrito.
