Marco's Pizza

My family and I order from this location often. They love it here. Last night I ordered a pizza bowl and this is what I was offered. This is actually the remake from the first one because it looked equally bad. The employee that I spoke with was defensive and sarcastic. Poor customer service on his part and this bowl was unacceptable quality.

Always great pizza. Fresh toppings with lots of options including meatless garden pizza. Typically more of a pickup or to go place since the seating area is very small. Their loyalty program provides good coupons.

Is it that difficult? I haven’t gotten an order correctly in the last 10 orders, at least. Simple order, I pizza with jalapeños and thin crust. ALWAYS one or the other is not done. Either no jalapeños or not think crust. How freaking difficult is it? I repeat myself in the line because the last 10 have been wrong and again tonight, WRONG again.
