Marco's Pizza

Lackluster pizza, and poor customer service. The last 3 or 4 times I've ordered here, something has been wrong or extremely late. The final straw was when they really overcooked my pizza and wouldn't deliver a new one (all of the other thin crusts had cardboard-ish overdone crust as well). I very rarely think an establishment has systemic issues, but this one does.

This Place is a joke. I have been ordering pizza from here for 3 years. Based on who is working, sometimes they can deliver, sometimes they cannot. Employee are not trained and not professional at all. Either the credit machine is not working or they don’t have people etc. you can hear the folks on the background just thinking it’s a joke when a customer is trying to order dinner. Asked for a manager to talk to, he was to busy. Talk to the owner, he did not even give the employee any directions on what to do. Will not be coming back.

Not a lot of great pizza options near me so I'll have to keep going back. But they're constantly messing up orders at this place and items are rarely ready for carryout when they say they will be. Food : 3/5 | Service : 1/5 | Atmosphere : 2/5 … More
