I had to carry out this location because the one close to my house no one wants to work anymore. I had a issue with my order after checking it and the lady working was fantastic about it she corrected it quickly and was extremely nice about it I recommend this one on customer service alone

Ordered a timed delivery to be at my place at 6:30. Doesn't show up by 7:15 so i call the store and the employee who answers the phone wants to debate with me over delivery times. Mind you I ordered this hours in advance. The incompetent employee then says my food is there and is waiting for a delivery guy. Mind you it's almost 730 at this point. My food has been sitting around the shop for at least an hour and they really thought I was going to accept the food. Asked for a refund and the manager agreed. The manager tells me my refund will be on my card at the end of the day. Wrong it's not. This place is absolutely the worst pizza place in loveland. Where is my refund?
