Marco's Pizza

I watched multiple workers make multiple pizzas without gloves on/washing their hands. One lady was up at the front touching all over stuff & immediately went to the back & started making pizza w/o washing hands. Super disgusting.

Door Dash doesnt give you the option to apply special instructions. So i called to advise to put white sauce on my pie, like the app suggests. The guy who answered, rudely stated that my pizza was already coming out of the oven although i had only placed the order 4mins ago, and refused to remake my pizza. He rudely exclaimed he was the manager in charge and that he was not gonna make any changes bc they went based off whats on screen, eventhough i explained i didnt have that option and was following protocol. I had to call Door Dash CS, and it was only after DD called that he agreed to remake my food. If i Could give zero Stars i would. And Marco's needs to reconsider that Management position if he's gonna be rude to customers just bc he can.

Great new management. Fast delivery. And awesome customer service. I had their hawaiian pizza. 5/5 would order again.
