Marco's Pizza

Ordered online well ahead and seat a pickup time. Tracked my order that said it was being made all the way to "order ready" as I stood in line. After my pickup time the girl in front checked and assured me "3 minutes". Over 10 minutes later after many pizzas coming out she discovered mine was never made so made one and threw it in the oven. I could have ordered when I got there and left 15 minutes faster. Sooooo don't trust the fake tracking software. Does NOT reflect reality.

Service was horrible. I called twice about my missing pizza's to the manager. I made this order at 5:30pm and the emailed receipt came 6:20pm then I check the tracker it showed delivered but I never got my pizzas . So call up to the store and spoken with the manager , she stated it was on it way. I waited some more and called around 7:36pm to Marco's and asked the manager were is my pizza she said that is was delivered an hour ago. I said no it hasn't. Then she said the address back to me that and it was the wrong address, so I think my neighbor took my pizza's. I actually tip ahead time 15% which to a little over $4 on the bill. The driver can't read or something and manager wouldn't apologize for the mistake. I had to go to up the store to get an refund back my card which will take 3-5 business days. ????

From the District Manager to the employees the services is poor,, rude, unprofessional. I was told by the GM that my name couldn't be updated in their system, because the data base is from Verizon Wireless and they can't update the name, address, or telephone to match my information. I purchased my home a year ago. Marco Pizza refuses to change it. If Mr. ##### and I both order a pizza and its in his name. He will end up with his food and mines. The DM wants to make it seem like its my fault because I brought the home. Depending on which Marco Pizza you go to the service is going to be VERY poor. Calling corporate office and leaving message doesn't do any good!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They never return your call!!! I will never order from this company again. There are too many pizza place I can order from and not dealing with the bad services. If I could give them no stars I would. ****Follow up**** I received another telephone from the DM Mr. Allen... Once again VERY RUDE
