Marco's Pizza

So this is a dine in restaraunt. We had to order at the front counter from a menu board overhead or a laminated menu in Spanish. We we're told that was the only hand menu they have. We placed our order for pizza. Two large with the Romasen seasoning on the crust. We picked our seats. And waited at a sticky table. Drinks that we had ordered weren't offered or explained as 100 percent self serve. Bring your own cup? We got our pizza. Then confused the staff by asking for untensils, our drink cups, and plates. I will not go back for dine in. This is not a restaraunt it's a take it or delivery pizza store with an unserviced sitting area. No stars is more accurate, but that did give us about 60 napkins.

Bad experience tonight. My brother went in to pick up our phoned in pizza and was told it wasn’t there. I called and spoke with the same person I ordered with and she repeated to me the order placed earlier. I said so it’s there then? Yes she said. My brother went back , no pizza. Everyone in there was very inexperienced and acted like they didn’t have a care in the world. No manager or lead person was available. I guess we’re done with Marcos.

Had an amazing time at this location for Northside Elementary Spirit night!! The staff was amazing and so friendly! Can't remember her name but there was a young lady with blond hair working.
