This is my third review in the last several months. I again had showed up around the time my order should have been ready. Stood here for over 10 minutes without a single person saying a word to me. I then left without my order. Thanks for once again ruining my night marcos.
Ordered a pizza through the Marcos app. The app is difficult but I’ve used it before and assume it’s a rather small pizza chain so it’s ok. Delivery time was 57 minutes. Acceptable. 20 minutes later I’m Notified that they will not be delivering my pizza. Pick it up or cancel. Well, kids are hungry so I pick it up. They didn’t have my name and messed up my order. Good pizza, bad app, understaffed and poor service. If you have the time just pick up.
Great Pizza! Especially great service from somebody there named Damon. He really made my experience better, definitely coming back soon! Although I had a great experience, I still believe Bellacinos Pizza is still better.
