Marco's Pizza

We ordered a medium onion, mushroom, green pepper, and black olive pizza. Cashier was polite and informative in helping us decided on our pizza. Pizza was delicious. My wife loves their crust and pizza had plenty of what we ordered on it. A+ on the pizza. The reason for not getting 5 stars is the family size garden salad we ordered with the pizza was frozen half way thru. Nothing like chewing on lettuce covered in ice. Said something as we left. He apologized and we figured the salad can thaw out at home. Won't order salad anymore. Pizza, yes, we'll be back.

Literally the worst pizza place ever. Placed my order online my estimated pick up time was 7:12p. Got to the restaurant around 7:10p. Checked my tracking at 7:15p it stated my food was ready. I went inside expecting my pizza to be ready instead was told my order wasn’t ready they didn’t see it come through. When I inquired how that was possible considering I received the notification my order was ready. The lady then stated “when it says that it means it’s going into the over so it’ll be about another 15-20mins.” So obviously they are marking orders as ready to keep their “handle time” down. It’s currently 7:35p and my order still isn’t ready. **update finally got my order at 7:45p… and guess what order was wrong I ordered & paid for 2 pepperoni mag when I brought it to their attention the manager literally looked at it & laughed then said she would remake it. I just asked for a refund because at that point I was way past frustrated. Needless to say they will not get any more of my bus

I ordered on the app. The wait time was 35 minutes which is way slower than normal, but I can accept that. I arrived on time and was told by the rude cashier that my order would take 30-45 minutes. I showed him my email and pickup time and he said well, that’s just our wait times. I asked him why it was so off from the app and he flippantly said yeah the app times are off. I requested a refund. After talking to the kitchen staff, he said it would take 3-5 business days to show back up in my bank. No apology. No explanation. I have never been treated so flippantly and rude at a Marcos. Won’t be going back. Poor customer service and no pizza. DO BETTER
