Marco's Pizza

I’ve been eating at this Marcos for years. The quality of pizza sold here has literally hit rock bottom. I bought a pizza today that felt like I was eating the box. I actually looked down thinking I had a piece of the box stuck to my pizza. BUT IT WAS THE PIZZA!!! Really upset me ????. Honestly they used to be my favorite pizza place when they first opened. Idk what’s going on there now but I’d literally go anywhere else for pizza at this point or even DiGiorno! Overpriced for bad food.

They delivered my pizza to the wrong house and upon calling them about it, said they'd send a new one within 30-40 minutes. I called at the hour mark and was ensured it was on the way. I called at the hour and a half mark and cancelled the order. The manager, whose name I couldn't understand when she answered, was very rude and hung up on me.

Guaranteed to mess up your order if you give any special instructions. They didn't do anything to compensate me for the inconvenience of waiting while the remade the pizza. My other pizza got cold while waiting for them to cook the one they messed up. But when they get it right, the pizza is delicious. My husband insists that he will only eat Marco's, so we're going to drive a bit farther to a different Marco's restaurant from now on. I just hope they can get my order correct...
