Mapleberry Pancake House and Bistro Bar

Literally a hidden gem ! This place has great breakfast or lunch food. I got the Denver omelette with a side of pancakes with bananas and strawberries! Mmmmm I’m a hungry little pig this late morning.

Was looking for a quick bite to eat at lunch. Glad I picked this Pancake House. I was seated, order taken and the meal brought out in what seemed like a few minutes without feeling rushed. Gotta admit, the eggs, pancakes and bacon were really good too. Definitely will go back and highly recommend to others.

We are from out of town and when we were in town looking for a breakfast place this seemed to be our best option. It definitely didn’t disappoint as the food was very delicious. The restaurant was packed that morning because they had an event called “tip a cop” with police officers seating people and serving food. They were raising money for the IL special olympics. They were interacting with people and even had some police vehicles outside to show and you could hop inside the vehicle. Anyhow, the restaurant was very clean and the staff very attentive to what we needed. Highly recommend it and when we go back to IL we’ll make sure to stop by again.
