Maple Street Biscuit Company

This place was nothing short of amazing. We visited here for the first time. I love a good sausage gravy biscuit, it was great. Their sausage gravy had a bit of a kick to it. More than I expected. But nonetheless still good. Their hashbrowns are my favorite kind as well. Oh & they have the sausage ball things that are oh so good. It comes with some type of jelly/jam or sauce. Again a bit of a kick. But still good! Their waffles are great as well. The service was excellent and I would definitely revisit if in the area again.

The food is nice and relatively cheap depending on what you get. The biscuits are made in house and are really good along with the chicken having plenty of flavor. I got the sticky maple and the bacon flavor was very nice combined with the real maple syrup. They have a unique ordering system where you answer a question instead of providing a name. It's fun but can be a bit confusing when a lot of people will likely have the same answer to the question so when they call it out, multiple people may think their order is ready.

Staff was awesome and I love how they ask you your favorite movie and call our your order with whatever you say. I picked Rocky of course because the Italian Stallion is king. My favorite scene is when him and Adrian go ice skating and he pays the guy to skate after hours. A close second is when Rocky is training with Apollo Creed and they’re running on the beach and Rocky starts to pass him after weeks of training. Anyway back to the restaurant; the staff was super friendly and I would highly recommend this for a quick bite after church or whatever you do Sunday mornings. 10/10
