First timers here. Located in southwest area. Vietnamese / asian cuisine. We were welcomed warmly as soon as we entered. The restaurant has a pleasant tri-color decor and was very clean. We arrived 10am and thought we'd be early guests but the place was already getting busy. Good sign. We ordered Pot stickers (it comes with 8 pieces), Spring rolls (4 pieces), Phô Thâi Ribeye and Ox Tail Phô. Everything was great, presentation was nothing I had seen at any place serving Phô before in this town. Well done! The Phô broth was very light, not heavy at all on salt or bouillon, yet still flavorful. The ribeye Phô came as advertised with real ribeye slices including the fat. Yum. The ox tail Phô came with large ox tail pieces, the biggest I've ever seen. The noodles in the Phô are thin but there's a lot hidden in the bowl . The Spring rolls were huge and came with a peanut sauce. So beautiful. The pot stickers were crispy and still tender. Delicious. Will definitely return. Features: There is
If you love Vietnamese and Filipino cuisines, this is the place to be! Among all the dishes that my family and I ordered, we chose the Beef Pares Mami as our #1 pick. Recommend to try this!
Just like any other commercialized Asian cuisine. There’s only a few Vietnamese pho in a pool of Filipino cuisine. It’s definitely a go to resto for Filipinos who can’t cook or simply just want to have a break from their own cooking. Like Goldilocks but a bit more pricey. Physical set up - newish. decent. Clean. we were seated on bistro corner table with really low seats not sure if the others noticed the same concern. Didn’t get to use restrooms so can’t comment on it. Ambience - noisy, loud chattering but that’s Filipino culture- we talk and laugh as we eat :D we even have a humble guest fly :D Food - need to take the ingredients easy.. dishes are generally oily. MSG ++. I cook so I know. Average portions, not American size :,) It’s supposed to be like that I guess.. Service - needs improvement. And this is a big thing for me at least because this is why I give tips and seriously. The crew are not as friendly and attentive. The dishes were served before the plates and cutlery. I wav
