Konbiniya, which means "convenience store" in Japanese, is the creation of husband and wife team, Chris and Sonor Nkwo. Their restaurant offers something for everyone who loves sushi, Asian, and/or Japanese food. Aside from classic sushi, customers can also expect something a little different such as new takes on common sushi rolls. Other dishes include ramen soup, tempura, and a variety of noodles. In addition, Mamma's Sushi also offers lunch boxes, bento boxes, and sushi platters.

Ive been here twice the food is phenomenal. Recently i came to celebrate my bday they dimmed the lights and played a bday song. I was so impressed at this thoughtful gesture. The service is impecable. I will definitely coming back.
