Hello Everyone! I know i posted a not so good review the other day and i was honest of how I felt. HOWEVER, i have never felt more understood by a business the way Mama Romano understood. There are bad and good days however no longer than 1 hour after my review was posted Mama Romanos manager contacted me to deeply apologize for their inconvenience. I truly truly was not expecting it i have never gotten a response when unsatisfied and they went beyond and treated me to a reorder on them. I am so happy they are a business that puts their Customers Satisfaction as their main priority ❤️???????????? Thank You MAMA ROMANOS It MEANS A LOT!!! LOOk AT THIS BEAUTIFUL ART ????????????????????
I hate to give a bad review. Usually, I would keep it to myself and not go back. But this was utterly disgusting. I ordered Chicken Parmesan with pasta on the side. It was a meal for two and for a storefront restaurant it was pretty pricey. When I got home it was missing the garlic bread but no worries it smelt delicious. I tried to cut with the side of my fork and dig in. It was impossible. I got a knife and cut it. The first bite was chewy and stringy. Second bite I saw the chicken as the breading was slipping off. It was grey! The texture looked like no chicken I have ever saw. I thought maybe they charged for another type of meat. I checked my receipt and it was chicken, grey, rubbery chicken. I tried but I couldn’t eat it. The meat itself had no flavor. I’m no expert but chicken is a familiar meal. At Mama Romanos, there was something not right with this chicken.
