Mama C's Gluten Free Goodies

I got a spicy cheese bagel, jalapeño and cheese bread, and some small sweets. When I tell you it has been YEARS since I have had a bagel and just as long since I found bread that I like ever since diagnosed with a wheat allergy. I about cried when I tried their bagels! Everything is so freaking good and this company has given me a part of my life back! Thank you Momma C’s!!!!

The biscuit and chicken sandwich on Saturday morning is delicious. Best gluten free biscuits and that is from my picky gluten eating husband! Their pizza crust is really yummy and gets crispy and reminds me of years ago how pizza hut pizza was crispy good when I could eat gluten before celiacs dx. I highly recommend giving them a try.

Absolutely some of the most Deliciousily addictive baked goods we've ever eaten! We've been fans of Mama C's for several years and our top fav GF treats are the Blueberry Muffins (super moist and full of fresh berries), and Peanut Butter Cookies. The white bread makes amazing toast (we Love their special gastro-friendly rice flour blend), and Do serve the Focaccia bread with your next pot of soup or stew -its a great paring.????
