Mama Crow's Burger & Salad Shop

Wife and I ventured out for a burger And was met with mediocre experience. The wait in line was only 14-20 minutes and another 20-25 to get the food (at the counter). We got two burgers, one order of fries and two beverages plus tax/tip was $50. Okay, a bit of a line/wait for take out but had food expectations. Wife had their crow burger and I selected the spicy burger. Welp, 3/4 of the fries were burnt ends of fries and not what I would consider actual fries like I would expect. I'd imagine they have a fry cutting tool in the kitchen and they're home made. Would be nice to get the fries and not the extras. Burgers. Umm, sorry for who ever got my ghost pepper mayo burger. I didn't get it. Got ignored when I walked to the pick up counter (they were busy but dag). I ate the regular burger and was disappointed because I was looking forward to the jalapenos and pimento cheese...the scorpion mayo, not so much lol but was eager to try it out. I would have waited in the line to tell

Two stars because the food is actually good. Would have been one star purely based on service. Employees aimlessly walking around. Several employees unashamedly walking around on their cell phones while customers are in line. No sense of urgency to get orders filled. No pride in what they do compared to the other establishments at Transfer who always go above and beyond. Not quite sure how this place is still in business except that folks who want a burger just have to endure it. Where is the owner? No accountability

THEEEE BEST BURGER I’ve had in forever ! The patty melt is actually to die for it’s so juicy and anything with goat cheese on it a yes from me . I get burgers everywhere I go and I think I’m going to have to give this one the title of the best burger I’ve ever had ! Will be coming back for sure ! So happy I found this place !
