Maldini's Pizza

We live right around the corner from Maldini's. When we first moved in we thought that we were lucky to have a neighborhood pizza shop so close. We bought a few pizzas there but they weren't that good, so we resolved to just eat the sandwiches. I got the steak and egg hoagie a few times, and my partner, who doesn't eat meat, had them make her the same, but hold the steak. She would get an egg hoagie with cheese and other fixings. One day we placed our usual order, but the guy wouldn't do the egg hoagie. He said they could make the steak and egg, but he wouldn't make an egg hoagie. We explained that we didn't want a discount, just pretend you are making a steak and egg hoagie, but hold the steak and charge us the full price. Nope. can't do. We explained that we had gotten that same order several times with no problem but he wouldn't budge. He said he'd make us two steak and egg hoagies and we could remove the steak ourselves. That was obviously not a satisfactory plan. They act

This place can make a great awesome pizza. Or it can be junk. You can get a nice fresh dough perfectly cooked pie that's a good size, or you can end up with and old dough under-cooked truly trashy pizza. It's a constant gamble. Continued inconsistency I'll have to take my business elsewhere. It's ok to waste dough. Throw away that old dough. You will loose repeat customers.

Pizza is under cooked cheese stuck to box. Horrible
