Mai Thai Restaurant

First visit to Mai Thai. Great experience. Very friendly customer service. The food was delicious. I ordered the Thai Fried Rice. I've had it at many other places and this location has a great dish as well! Pictures say it all....

We got cashew chicken and sweet and sour chicken, an extra side of fried rice and an order of spring rolls. The spring rolls were very good, so was the fried rice. BUT We ordered this as a to-go and had it delivered. The containers were only half full, with the sweet and sour having a little more than the cashew chicken. I called to complain, thinking maybe they just didn't put enough in which would be the normal expectation. Instead she told me that it's correct, and that because the cashew chicken ingredients are more expensive than sweet and sour, they put less in rather than charging more. Regardless, neither entree had $12 of food, not compared to any other Asian restaurant I have ever ordered food at. Also, I ordered it with a spice level of 0, and this is at least 1, fortunately not more. Also, the entrees supposedly coke with jasmine rice. We got white rice. I called and asked about that, and she told me that they have jasmine rice, that the bag says jasmine rice, but this is w

The Pho had a good flavor but the beef was hard to cut and not tender like it should be. Did not have a bowl so how am I suppose to eat this when I returned to work? The spring rolls were shabby. Only 2 shrimp, most places are three to fill the spring roll. Not returning….
