A nice and well ran restaurant nestled in the center of the 4 Queens Casino Hotel. They offer a full menu from breakfast through dinner. I had the Chicken Fingers and my dining companion had the Taco Salad. Both were swiftly served by a nice waitress and the staff were all pleasant and welcoming. There are 3 dining salons with chandeliers and old world charm. Some important touches from " Old Las Vegas "!????????????????
Would have given this place a 1 star except the manager took care of our bill and was very apologetic for our experience. In my opinion this entire staff needs to be retrained in service and professionalism. We went in and sat right down, then noticed the table was wiped yet still sticky, older lady refused to re-wipe it saying she just cleaned it, place is visibly dirty w food all over the floor, we should have just left then. We proceeded to watch her wipe booth seats and tables w the same rag she was using to clean spots off of silverware. 42 minutes later our food came out way undercooked and had hair in it. The waiter couldn't be bothered to come to the table more than 2 times but had no problem arguing w the other staff in Tagalog anytime he was in the area we were sitting. When told about the hair he scooped up the dish and and walked away mumbling in his native language. We left disgusted.
There could have been a better arrangement and commu inaction and courtesy around d this place. There was only o e woman who was so kind in the entire process and then another woman who could have just left her attitude at ho.e and not at the restaurant. She qas upset There was a group if 11 and the fact we had someone in a wheelchair. She tossed her pen and said "she can deal with you then" and walked away to go to the cashier area. I don't care if you despise being here but don't take it out on me and my family for celebrating my grandpa's 72nd birthday. What is wrong with ppl these days. Food wasn't what irs cracked up to be, my taco salad was not hot it was bit cold lime they had the food sitting and waiting g before it can be taken out. Majority of our table didn't get our food at the same time we all got it partially through out the sitting. The soup of the day was not the business and tasted more water down. Wouldn't recommend this establishment it wasn't worth it.
